So, to summarize, what are you doing/taking apart from diet/juicing? Castor oil packs, milk thistle? What else?

Did you buy an enema bag?

I understand your concern about the weight, but you need to calm down. The weight will go up quickly once you'll be healthy again. It's important to count your calories though.
