Hi,
Well I was taking up to 150mg. Sometimes less. Now I take none(break for it). Take 200mg selenium(the good form),3g of vit C, 2tbs of coconut oil, b100 complex, cold liver oil, used to take niacin(flushing), good grey Sea Salt plus salt loading.
