If You read the original book You will find that it is not recommended.

I have done two Master Cleanses and I loved it.
Some people have concerns about the maple syrup regarding candida.
That might be true but I still did it.

This is the best Colon Cleanse ever!

If I was You I would do it the way the book tells You to.
