Hi everyone,
I am breaking out with Acne like crazy. After nearly 5 months supplementing with I I had go stop cause I am having Acne everywhere on my face. Even if I stopped it for / weeks now +doing the salt loading +C+zinc nothing helps. My Acne keeps breaking out.
Also started Iodine for hair loss but I don't see improvements in that area either. I actually have a lot of dandruff now.
My tsh level was around 3.8 before I and now is 1.6
Also has some hyper symtoms like heart racing and anxiety.
Any ideas would be much appreciated since I don't have time to do a lot of research at the moment.
