Azulgrana,
What areas of your body do you have psoriasis?
Have you ever tried putting on natural moisturizers and occluding (covering) your skin? I make my own lotion that is similar to the consistency of vaseline, using beeswax and some type of oil(like coconut oil or olive oil.) I shower and apply lotion, and cover my skin with trash bags to wrap the affected areas on the body(cut trash bags to size needed) and use packaging tape to wrap around area to keep the trash bags in place, and sleep with this on. The next morning, the skin is soft and I am able to gently scrub off all of the flaky skin. Immediately apply lotion after showering. This has made a huge difference in comfort levels of my skin. The moisturizers are able to soak into the skin more effectively without all of the thick scaly skin. The skin is smoother, and less itchy and irritated. This is not a magic cure, but it will make your skin more comfortable. (In the beginning, I occluded my skin daily for a week or so, and now I occlude my skin about every 2-3 days.)

BEESWAX LOTION (SIMILAR TO VASELINE)

2 oz. Beeswax
1 cup Oil (Coconut oil, Olive oil, etc.)
Container to store mixture. (Such as a stainless steel bowl/container, or large plastic food storage container, but do not use the disposable plastic containers)

Melt beeswax, and then add oil. Let it melt a few minutes longer,so the oil can reach same temperature as the beeswax, stirring occasionally)

Pour mixture into container. Let cool.

You can use more beeswax if you want it to be a thicker lotion. you can even make lotion bars, which are great for traveling or work.(less mess on hands when applying on skin) and you can use less beeswax if you want it to be a softer/thinner consistency.

There are numerous recipes all over the internet for handmade natural lotions.

Take care,
ychi
