No, you shouldn't have any kind of bread during an anticandida diet. Buy the Baker Yeast ( very cheap ) and take 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day. Begin with a 1/4 of teaspoon to evaluate your tolerance. You can dilute it in 3 or 4 ounces of water.

You can not take any antifungal substance if you do it. Only the diet and baker yeast. No kefir or any other pharmaceutical probiotic.

Yes, I am very familiar with those studies about S. Boulardii and Baker Yeast.
