"I would like to see studies done showing disease occurance among the unvaccinated".

Problem is: it's hard to really pin down a causative effect. Let's say you find 10,000 folks that are unvaccinated, and an equal number who have been vaccinated. You might very well find differences in the health profile among the two groups. However the problem with such studies is that the results you see are correlation and not necessarily causation. This is true with any large study. It takes more work to dig down and prove causation.

For example, in Japan the Breast Cancer rate is lower compared to that in America. However I believe the incidence of Hashimoto's is higher. Iodine proponents claim the former is credited to high Iodine consumption, Iodine foes claim iodine is to blame for the latter. But both cases, if only judged by these statistics, are speculative. Others can argue the lower Breast Cancer rate is due to genetics or other diet/lifestyle factors. The higher incidence of Hashimoto's might be due to a lack of dietary selenium or iron. As Mark Twain said: There are lies, damned lies and statistics. (..or something like that!)
