god i am just so confused about my histamine/methylation status.

i did the niacin test, no flush at 100mg.
but, i have read that you may not flush if youre very deficient in zinc.

most of my symptoms coincide with low histamine. BUT, i believe i react poorly to high protien foods. i will need to test this theory once again; and also test my reaction to b-12/folic acid.
