what I recommend is to do something that creates alot of die off. Only then will adding a good probiotic work best. Getting rid of all or almost all the bad bacteria is needed or else the good probiotics will now take. I belive the balance cannot be achieved without first killing the candida. That is if candida is the culprit behind the problem.
