That happened to me as well, I stopped to use the oil but then I found some information saying, like the girls here mentioned, that it was detox symptom and coconut oil is pulling all the toxins out. All the whiteheads are supposed to go away in about a week, if they won't I guess you should stop using coconut oil. BTW why do you drink coconut oil? I can't find anything about the internal use, and what does it taste like?
