I also have severe MCS, and have found that I tolerate Ecos brand (single ingredient, no scents, etc.). I also have started using just baking soda and vinegar, adding it at the beginning of the cycle. It works for my purposes, but if you have heavy staining and the need for more serious washing, you may need to look for something a bit stronger.
