I defenitely get enough calories. Sometimes I eat too much and it makes it worse if anything. Sugar also has a noticeable effect on it as well. I actually feel better when I regulate my eating. If I stick to a more vegetables and nuts type of diet I think it helps sometimes. Too much food or protein can weigh me down sometimes. Also I eat fish and chicken which have calories and protein as well.
