Usually? And how do you know that the lot of calories you think you are getting on a good day is even enough? Guessing is a recipe for disaster. Don't guess. Figure out exactly how much you're averaging a day to at least take calorie-restriction out of the equation if you're meeting your calorie needs. Veggies are low in calories just to let you know.
