I too have had dies so severe I quit...so you recommend Three-lac and C. Silver? what type of silver do you use?

what is food grade hydrogen peroxide?

Also, what is the best way to use Baker's yeast? How much? I struggled with the idea of using a yeast yet it turns out it is good stuff
