See the whole nervous system problem youre talking about here hits home for me since the last substance i used before the crash and the onset of symptoms was Clenbuterol. I dont know if youre familiar with it at all it but it works on the CNS in a way that raises body temperature and burns fat fairly quickly. I was prepping for a bodybuilding show, so i was already fairly low carbed and fatigued out before using this. Now i had signs and symptoms things were going south before this, but after using the clen with a combination of extremely heavy work outs i think something snapped.
I figured adrenal fatigue / gut dysbiosis simply because of my history with stimulants and extremely frequent heavy workouts. And the dysbiosis was confirmed with a CDSA that i just had done this month, Both lactobacillus and bifido were listed as non growing with a possible pathogen listed at the highest it could go.
The reason i honed in on histamine is that so long as i dont have any reactions to foods / supplements / liquids i feel 100 percent normal. Especially on weekends when i get way more sleep, i feel like a normal person this includes fatigue / sex drive / focus and mental clarity. A problem with the CNS to me seems like it would be chronic and affecting me constantly. This ailment of mine is 100 percent anchored to whatever i decide to eat.
I get a relief of symptoms by avoiding carbohydrates, and sticking to a strictly paleo diet. Eating out is the number one thing that can aggrivate the hell out of my body.
My question though is how does one even begin to diagnose or repair something like the CNS?
