Hi Ginagirl,

Coumadin depletes Vitamin K and its dependent proteins.

So without the K, the body can't convert the K to K2.

This effect over a long times leads to arterial wall calcifications.

My years worth of Coumadin (blood thinner) depleted me so bad that the moment I took K2 mk4 I had an erection within 20 minutes as one of the body parts where k2 is produced is a man's testes.

But I believe some of the other toxins in our foods and water is causing a gradual lose of K especially for aging people like me. I am 57. But with Iodine and K2 mk4 I feel so much younger in the "mating" department.
