This is a very difficult question to ask me!

It all depends on - what a patients needs at the time, what their condition is like, their sensitivity levels, how chronic or acute their case is, etc. I have my top ten favorites" listed in Candida Crusher, if you are talking about anti-fungals. I like the good old time and tested herbals and nutrients, but in specific amounts. I also have certain probiotics and enzymes I use, and a certain "blend" of vits and mins I like to prescribe with dysbiosis/LGS/candida as well.
