Thanks, a great testimony; showing the downs and then ups of taking iodine.

How much Iodine for men; I would say as much as a woman; 50 mg or more, almost daily. A man`s prostate may need as much Iodine as the breasts of a woman. We dont know this yet. But it sure has its say when it comes to libido. Add some boron and you will probably be back to your prime time.

The temperature change shows that you are on right track IMO.
