You can do this if you want. You probably won't die* or end up in hospital. However, I can tell you that you will feel sick and nauseous, possibly to a very painful degree, for at least 12 hours.

It's your choice, but I really wouldn't recommend it. It's not a smart way to break a fast, and ignores the advice from Natural Hygienists and other fasting experts.


*I have read in the literature of someone who died after breaking their fast with some sandwiches, but this was after a much longer fast.
