Bad breath will only disappear when you have reduced or eliminated your toxemia, as this is symptomatic as to what is going on in your alimentary canal/digestive system.

Until then it is a constant symptom of the fast, and there is little you or anyone else can do about it, but it will gradually be reduced in severity as the fast progresses.
