I have started taking MSM over the last 2 weeks. I am taking it for fatigue and also for detox to see if it helps with that. I also would like to know if it has helped anyone with cancer, particularly Myeloma.

One problem I am having with the MSM is that I am having trouble falling asleep. I am also taking Chlorella at the same time so I don't know if that is contributing. Do people find this problem with MSM and how to deal with this. I heard it stays in the body for 12 hours that is why I take it at 9 or 10 am and pm.
