.. Ok, if u are not ready to give up meat then AT LEAST go for an organicv one and when animals are rised on grass and without Antibiotics and hormones. At Least.

And if u eat fish then try to eat it with chlorella (read in the net about it) coz chlorella removes heavy metals and carries them away.. so fish is not going to be that bad for u even if for the most part it is contaminated and have heavy metals in it.
