I personally do Not belive in an idea of eating 30 bananas a day. Why? Coz it is too much Sugar for ur body and it seems like this plan based on eating LARGE ammounts of food. What is the point to streach ur stomach??? And as I say - SUGAR. Healthy or not (sugar) it is still Sugar and candida loves any sugary stuff.
