Hello,
I'm hoping someone out there can give me some advice. I am coming up on hour 72 of a water fast. On day 2, I woke up with a fever and massive nasal congestion. At first I thought it may just be my body fighting my chronic sinus problems, but now I am pretty convinced I just have the flu. My temp has been 100.6 for the better part of two days now. Is it still safe for me to be fasting, or do I need to give my body the fuel it needs to fight this virus?
I really appreciate all your advice!
