The kidney pain is what had me so concerned. I have never experienced it before. Thank you for your input. I am weighing what everyone has to share. I have decided to try one day off, two on. Doing salt loading more frequently has helped.

I usually fast all of my supplements every three months for a week. That seems to keep everything working better. I am not as consistent with water/juice fasts, but they are a part of my life.
