The body is best alkalized by having proper stomach acids for digestion and by juicing. The diet should be 80% alkaline and 20% acid. Most Americans do the opposite. Doing that eliminates the need for such foolishness as these alkalizing drinks. Calcium should only be taken with magnesium otherwise it can not be absorbed.
