Hi,
Well, I am 3 years post Mirena. For me, the anxiety is still here everyday. I am also calm mentally but my body always has the fight or flight feeling. I can not get it to go away. Also just like you, my doctor told me my issue was not psychological. I don't know how to fix it and I will not go on an anti depressant because I KNOW it is not psychological. Most of my other symptoms are gone except for fatigue. But I do have a new one... I have been bleeding for 4 straight weeks now. The anxiety is the worst experience ever. It is much milder then when all this first started but still here.
