Because I feel movement in all of the places I described. What else can it be? The lady bug? I've also seen twitches and odd movements that are too large to be ignored. These things have moved up my neck and to my brain several times before.

The cats I've played with also had the same thing; small parts their backs would twitch and wiggle in the same way.
