Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell what the normal dosage should be like to take prior to a Liver Flush and for how long?
Also, how many times per day.
I only have magnesium malate powder, no capsules or so.

And are there any known side effects to take in consideration, perhaps in combination with already existing
health problems?
