Grizz, thank you for the reply and the most helpful links. I've saved the Google Doc and am looking through it now.

May I know why the recommendation is to start with Lugol's before switching to Iodoral? It will be a lot easier for me to get Iodoral as I'm not from the US and iherb has good shipping prices and speed.

Is it also compulsory to take the other co-supplements? I know it is recommended, but are they only for people with severe detox problems? IS there a mega-supplement or multivitamin & mineral that will suffice? I'm trying to use the minimal number of supplements as I tend to get confused after a while, especially if they are supposed to be taken at different times (with meal, empty stomach, etc). I'm also thinking of whether I should add probiotics, but am wary of having too many supplements.
