Help needed, I have just began a water fast, day 2. I hope to remedy a first outbreak of Psoriasis in doing so. My goal is 40 days. Here are my questions: 1) do I continue to take my supplements? 2)are enemas advisable? 3)once I decide to break the fast, how do I reintroduce food? 4) any other comments or suggestions.
