I believe I eat sufficient carbs (certainly more than I used to), however my body just seems to struggle with the digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Incidentally, I recently purchased some DGL lozenges and slippery elm powder, which will complement my current leaky gut regiment of aloe vera and l-glutamine powder in the morning and evening.
