I am getting VERY close to being healed. I can feel it.

This morning I woke up and my lips felt and looked INCREDIBLE. The tenderness was completely gone and the redness is SO minimal. And this is how they have looked all week, but today they felt extra good. Nobody else would be able to tell even if they stared at my lips.

I had a derm appointment late in the afternoon to get a culture swab, and I wanted to go in with nothing on my lips. So I decided to just leave them bare all day. And they looked and felt amazing all day. With no sign of any buildup. They actually looked and felt better as the day went on.

Like I said the redness and tenderness is completely gone. Even with bare lips. The affected area still looks a TINY bit shiny-textured. But barely.

I will keep using Aquaphor because there is still a tiny tiny bit of inflammation. But I really think I'm finally getting close!

For anyone who believes they got this from trauma or whose inflammation is rooted only in their lips, you should really give this treatment a try. But you must be patient. It has been almost 5 months since I started.

Keep truckin people. I think we may have finally found the answer for many!
