Don't be embarrassed! It's really a great advice and you are so open-minded about it! It's very important to pay attention to the body and look for important keys. I'll try to be more observant about it too:)

I noticed that high fat diet makes me feel better.
It goes so against the popular belief though... I'm not sure if eating saturated fats will be of great benefit if you eat them long term... It's just a bit scary.

I used to be a vegetarian for quite long time and got very ill when I decided to go vegan. Still recovering.

Chicken broth is a good idea
