Poor girl :( I think a lot of us can understand here. The best advice I can give you is READ. Seriously, it's all I did for years when I when I was in the throws of severe adrenal fatigue. You will get better the more you learn. Every person is different. People can really heal themselves on every crazy thing you can imagine.
