Hey! I have friends who have done a carrot juice and garlic cleanse. I don't know the details of how much if each thing bit its strict carrot juice and lots of garlic for three to ten days. I've heard that by the end of it they will pass Lois of spaghetti looking stuff. (:-/ whatever works! They say they feel tons better after the cleanse but you have Thu have some will power I'm sure. Never done it myself but I'm close enough to the people to smell the garlic on then at times...p.u. Jk. Look into it on google maybe.
