Approximately 3 months of feeling hyper-T initially. There were other detox symptoms, but very few nowadays.

After the 3 months, the same dose didn't have the same effect. After increasing it by 3-4 drops SSKI , it usually created the overt hyper-T symptoms. A little hyper-T feels much closer to normal. Everyone else seems so... hypo-T, cold all the time, sluggish, care-less, higher weight, etc.

Keep in mind that I make sure to consume plenty of extra Mag, Selenium, and a higher quality Multi-V (nothing advertised on TV). Anything like "C e n t r u m" is a POS IMO.
