With how sick you are, I would not do any herbs/supplements right now. What your eating is huge. Just changing your diet to no sugar/grains and eating healthy would help. Every little bit weakens them, and sloughs off the layers. Take this slow and see what happens. Ginger and garlic sounds good. Then add other things a month or two later.
