Just happen I've read your answer. Not judging just want to add a possible info for you. I think this combination is not very kosher for AF here is why

"buy the large carton of "Plain Greek Yogurt." I than add 1/3 cup of heavy cream to it with one whole fresh squeezed lemon and stevia for sweetening"

Lemon and stevia are hipoglicemic
Lemon is also diuretic and took zinc out and has lot of potassium the same as yoghurt. One lemon at one time is too much although very good for detox

Maybe you could benefit more by separating them than taking it togheter. Just my two cents
