I am on day 7 of a 12 day cleanse. I lost 8lbs in the first 5days then on day six I lost .2lbs and today .4lbs. I am wondering if I can do anything to lose more. I am drinking 6glasses of drink per day and following the mc to a T.. Swf and all.

I am doing mc as a spiritual fast but I am also doin it for a weight loss jump start and to reset my body and regain control of eating habits. I started the cleanse 40lbs overweight which for my height is actually toeing the line of being obese. So I am very much wanting to see a dent in my weight loss y day 12.
