I've noticed that people who suffer from Chronic Candida often are heavy beer drinkers. Also I think taking Antibiotics is a sure way to make someone develop Candida. Another underlying cause of Candida is breathing in toxic mold spores from toxic mold that may be inside buildings which leads to several neurological problems and prolongs Candida.
If you're having "hearing" problems and been diagnosed with Candida, I think the cause is probably TOXIC MOLD.
As for myself, I avoid beer (which is basically proliferating YEAST in your body), excessive use of Antibiotics (and if I do have to take Antibiotics , I make certain to eat lots of yogurt or use yeast infection suppositories as a preventive method).
However, an important cause of possible Candida is also black toxic mold. Being in a toxic black mold environment- whether at work or in your home causes multiple onslaughts of health problems that should be avoided at all costs.
Mold occurs in buildings with poor insulation and concrete buildings or houses with leaky roof problems.
I was exposed to toxic mold for one month at university and I became very deathly ill. Luckily I recovered after two months, but I am very careful to be aware of buildings that "smell" funny, are dark and damp with little sunlight and old buildings with walls that are suspiciously covered in new wallpaper.
So if you have chronic Candida-I suggest looking into your physical environment first- then looking at your eating habits.
