Hi,

To preserve my hearing, I take 10,000 IU vitamin E liquid and insert several drops directly into my ear canal everyday using a sterilized eye dropper.

I do this after going to a loud concert or else having listened to headphones for a long time, and after being at a noisy gym (which can resemble construction zone noise levels).

However, if you have clogged ears, and wax buildup this may not work. I suggest going to an ear specialist.

If you want to avoid Candida- do not drink BEER.
