If it causes pain to you that means you have a damaged stomach. Probably you have H.pylori.

You can take it diluted in olive oil. like 1 drop in 9 drops of olive oils.

Mexican oregano oil is an amazing oil. The study done shows it is stronger than Tinidazol against Giardia. Plus no resistance because it has products that work together against the Mother*****.
