So, if one of the "side effects" of the PIMA(TM) syrup is say.... bromide acne, then wouldn't lithium in an appropriate and safe amount then perhaps help speed up detox ? Caution though, since the atomic mass of Li is so small, there are decades of increase in the number of ions that must be processed by the kidney. LiCl was used as table salt for a while in the USA until around the 1940's when it was banned under the guidance of Morris Fishbein after a couple people had died from it. I also read somewhere about a study that concluded it catalyzes neurogenesis. Down in parts of south Texas, the ground water can have up to as much as about 7ppm of Li in it, and the crime rates in the area were lower than other areas. i think it was south San Antone about 25 years ago involving like 250,000 people. I wonder what the highest naturally occurring Li concentration is for a water supply serving a metro area of about 250,000 inhabitants.
