It does. But these studies rarely hit the media.
These two elements have a connection somehow, needs to be balanced in a good ratio. Probably.

Your info on alkali metals made me look into lithium some time back, and I take it in veery low dosage, now and again just in case Iodine could alter the balance of this important brain mineral.
