we are not talking about the hyphal form here, and we want to know if (dead) yeast are determined micorscopically, and what counts can be determined (especially in one, two or all three) stool samples. Candida hypal-form analysis is near impossible to accurately determine, and one of the better options here is to do a urinary metabolite test for D-arabinitol. Circulating glioprotein and mannans (candida metabolites) will point towards a quantitative hypal determination - look for brain fog, "spaciness" and many other similar manifestations. You could be looking at aldehyde issues or mannans in particular. Either way, it doesn't really matter.
Stool testing for candida need to be always looked at in conjunction with all the other markers, sIgA, lactoferrin, amylase, etc, etc.
