I'm trying to stabilize at 1.5 mg of Xanax per day.
And I already have problem sleeping.
I've been playing with it a range of 0.75 to 2.5 mg per day, so I'll need to see what is the baseline level where I can begin tapering.
The way I've been doing it by breaking one pill in pieces and take the tiny pieces sublingually is just prolonging the torture.
I'll read the methods they have on BB, titration looks interesting to me.

Amazing how I'm jumping on anything that looks promising, right?...
So hard to keep track of the goal ahead when the threat of insomnia and hallucinations is imminent...
