unfortunately i did not measure prior to supp'ing so i have no baseline, but i have seen ph improve while on the Iodine protocol.

for example, i started ph testing almost two months into supping. my pH (saliva) was near 6.0 then... last weekend it was 6.8.

i have really upped my intake of alkalizing foods, particularly with juicing. so while it is hard to assess the changes from lifestyle/dietary changes vs iodine, i think that without the iodine, things wouldn't be improving as they are, related to ph and all others areas of health enhancement.
