Great post!
I too was on a lot of meds before undergoing a complete diet and detox overhaul that has healed me 100%. I now don't take any drugs or vitamins although I take several food supplements like kelp, bee polen, etc.

Raw paleo is great. It's awesome that you found what works so well for you. :)
