I started having hot flashes about 8 months ago. In searching for help with this, I began taking DIM plus which helped, hot flashes pretty much were gone. However, in the last 2 weeks they came back so I increased my dose of the DIM plus 4 per day, had been taking 2. It did not help. The only thing I have done different in the last 6 weeks is clean up my diet to following a whole foods diet and exercising more.
